Alfredo Gomez-Beloz is co-founder and Executive
Director of All Together Farming.
He holds a doctorate in Plant Science/Ethnobotany from The Graduate School and University Center of
The City University of New York and a Master of Public Health from the
University of Illinois. Alfredo is an ethnobotanist who brings
over 15 years of academic, corporate, and community experience to this position. He has
authored several articles in science journals and local media and has been a column writer for local newspapers in New York and Chicago. He has presented a variety of
lectures and workshops on ethnobotany to audiences around the U.S. His philosophy centers on developing holistic human cooperation for all who participate through the diversity of perspectives that create fruitful human experiences.
